Description: Join Valerie in the studio for nurturing Restorative Yoga and a Sound Bath to honor this month's New Moon. Slip into deep relaxation and enjoy the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and bolster if you have them. We will provide what we have available.
