Join us for an Oktoberfest cooking class at Food Lab! Celebrate with us the German Oktoberfest, dive deep into the Bavarian cuisine and enjoy a traditional Bavarian beer while learning how to make Schnitzel, Obatzda, Apple strudel and much more.

Traditional Oktoberfest clothes like Lederhosen and Dirndl are welcome but not required.

Alongside we will be offering traditional German beers for purchase.

Obatzda: A bavarian classic cheese appetizer, served all year long and a great pairing with a Pretzel and Beer
Oktoberfest Bratwurst:Demo only, guests will cook of their sausage
Schnitzel: Thin sliced Pork cutlet (or Chicken), breaded and shallow fried
German pan fried potatoes: cooked and sliced sauteed potatoes german style
Sauerkraut: will be served family style, but no in class making
Pretzel: will be served family style, but no in class making
Apple strudel: a classic dessert, originated in Austria and a must item to try while in Germany


Vegetarian options are available upon request! Gluten free and dairy free options are not available for this class. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at registration so we can plan accordingly!

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children ages 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
