A Public Statement from the Boulder Community: We stand united in condemning acts of antisemitism, hate and violence and are committed to bridging differences through collaboration, empathy and our shared humanity. Sunday, June 1st's attack on a peaceful vigil in the heart of our community is not only a vile assault on our Jewish community—it is an attack on us all. Those bearing the physical wounds from this unprovoked violence are in pain today—we wish them successful and speedy recoveries. Our hearts are also with those bearing psychological wounds, who may find themselves fearful today—we hope you are surrounded by love to lighten the burden. Read More

Partner Thai Massage
With Symmetry 360
Friday, April 21 — 7:00pm-9:00pm
Description: Massage is one of the most ancient forms of healing there is. In this Couple Thai Yoga Massage workshop, you will learn how you and your special someone can connect in an intimate way while working out the tension and stresses of your day.

Thai Yoga Massage Therapy is known as the “lazy man yoga”. The more you are willing to surrender and let go, the better your body and mind will feel. This type of massage is traditionally done on a floor mat with your clothing on, so no specialized equipment or oils are needed.

Thai Yoga Massage Therapy was created to bring the benefits of massage right into your home or yoga practice. In this 90-minute workshop, the Symmetry 360 Massage team will guide you and your partner in mini meditation and breathwork rhythm. This will allow you both to connect with each other before being guided into easy and effortless Thai yoga massage techniques. These massage techniques consist of compressing, pulling, stretching, rocking and breathing in a rhythm. You will receive a recipe to make hot Thai herbal compresses and how to apply it on your partner. The combination of heat and herbs soothe the muscles and decrease pain and inflammation.

What to bring to make your 'Love Nest':

- Yoga Mat or Thai mat

- Blanket or 2

- small pillow

- anything else that will make you comfortable during your massages (the more the comfort, the merrier)

Price:
$75 for two people

(We will get your partners information when you arrive for class)
