Potato Gnocchi: Airy yet substantial, with just a couple very simple ingredients make these tasty classics from northern Italy.
Puttanesca Sauce: Packed with umami and speedy to put together, this Italian sauce comes together quickly.
Tricolore Salad with Parmesan Frico: Arugula, endive and radicchio, the colors of the Italian flag tossed in a bright vinaigrette with crunchy parmesan crisps.
Bagna Cauda: Anchovies and garlic emulsified into an umami filled, warm dip
White Bean and Rosemary Dip: Garlicky and creamy, perfect for dipping veggies or breads.
