Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Making gnocchi from scratch is a ton of fun and something you’ll love to recreate at home. For this menu we’ll pair it with a classic carbonara sauce- simple, classic and delicious.

Lemon Zested Zucchini Bruschetta: Breaded and fried zucchini, oven roasted tomatoes, ciliegine mozzarella
Ricotta Gnocchi: Traditional potato dumplings with a twist of ricotta
Carbonara: Classic Roman egg based sauce with Guancial and parmesan cheese
Stone Fruit, Burrata, Prosciutto Salad: Delicious salad with stone fruit, creamy burrata cheese, and prosciutto dressed in a playful pistachio pesto vinaigrette

This class can be made vegetarian upon request. Gluten free or dairy free options are not available for this class.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
