Fresh Tagliatelle: Fresh pasta, rolled out and made into wide noodles
Garlic Butter Sauce with Pancetta: a lush butter sauce to pair with the fresh pasta
Lemon Fig Ricotta: Savory dried figs and bright lemon ricotta
