Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Learn to make your own pasta, paired with a delicious salad and the most simple sauce, a perfect meal!
Marinated Olives: Simple, easy, and delicious
Fresh Tagliatelle: Fresh pasta, rolled out and made into wide noodles
Garlic Butter Sauce with Pancetta: a lush butter sauce to pair with the fresh pasta
Lemon Fig Ricotta: Savory dried figs and bright lemon ricotta
Green Salad with Pomegranate, Sunflower Seeds, Farro, Feta Cheese, Radish, Fresh Herbs with a Lemon Vinaigrette: Complex, earthy salad with a variety of textures and flavors
This menu can be made vegetarian upon request. Due to the nature of these recipes, dairy or gluten substitutions are not available.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
