Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! We welcome you to enter Tuscany with this warm and rich menu.

Panzanella Salad: Tuscany’s famous bread salad featuring produce from the region.
Tuscan Roasted Vegetables with Pecorino Toscano: Fennel, radicchio and broccolini roasted to perfection and topped with Tuscany’s famous cheese.
Fresh Pappardelle Pasta: Make and roll your own pasta from scratch.
Ragu Toscano: Hearty meat sauce similar to the famed bolognese of its neighbors.

This class can be made vegetarian upon request. Gluten free options are not available.
