Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Soak in the warmth of Pho, the rich broth, the hearty meat and crisp accoutrements!

Pho Ga: Chicken Pho, a lesser known version of the famous vietnamese broth
Goi Cuon: Tofu, rice noodles, and veggies, all wrapped up and served with nuoc cham
Thit Nuong: Marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection
Nuoc Cham: Fish sauce seasoned with lime juice and sugar
Nuoc Leo: Peanuts and hoisin balanced in a traditional dipping sauce


This class is dairy free and can be made gluten free upon request. Vegetarian options are not available for this menu.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
