Our newest plant-based class and what could be better for the summer months than cuisine of the Mediterranean! Join us for this fun and absolutely delicious class- full of recipes you'll love to recreate at home over and over again.

Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Chermoula: Whole roasted cauliflower seasoned with warm spices and finished with a vibrant North African chermoula sauce.
Fattoush Salad: A fresh salad of mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, and crispy fried pita chips, dressed with olive oil and lemon.
Spanikopita: Basil, spinach, tofu onion and herbs folded into filo
Onion & Cauliflower Leaf Bhaji: Crispy, golden fritters made with onion and cauliflower leaves, spiced with cumin and coriander. A delicious zero-waste twist on a classic bhaji—vegan, gluten-free, and full of flavor."
Grilled Flatbread with Olive Oil and Za'atar: Soft, fluffy flatbread brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with za'atar and sea salt.

This class is plant-based/vegan by design. Gluten free substitutions are available upon request.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
