This is an invitation to discover the power of words, a love for language and the freedom of creative expression, within the context of a supportive group. Bring an open mind and an eagerness to explore poetic craft and begin to trust your unique voice.

Claudia has been a practitioner of herbalism, nutrition, flower essence and reiki for 13 years, providing guidance and assistance on journeys towards greater wellness and pleasurable experiences in life. She incorporates poetry into her practice and employs writing prompts to enhance creativity, foster interconnectedness and generate beautiful, transformative verse.
