Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! In this fun class, you will learn about the magic of the ramen noodle and what it takes to make it! We will have a deep delicious broth to put it in, garnishes and meat.

Pork Belly Chashu: Sweet and savory braised pork belly, the topping for any ramen bowl.
Tonkotsu Broth: An extremely traditional and rich dish that uses pork bones to create a rich and creamy broth.
Shoyu Broth: A soy based broth, and certainly the most recognized ramen.
Ramen Noodles: Learn how to make the famous springy alkaline noodles that go in ramen!
Pickled shiitake mushrooms and carrots: An acidic accoutrement for any ramen bowl.


This menu is dairy free. Gluten free and vegetarian substitutions are not available for this class.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
