Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Get inspired by the woman who made Americans love French food. Delve into some of her classics and maybe a little of her joy.

Salad Nicoise: A meal in itself, this classic composed salad hailing from Nice is studded with olives, eggs, tomatoes, and tuna, rich and bright at the same time.
Coq Au Vin: A French culinary classic, chicken braised in rich wine sauce with all the classic garniture, bacon, glazed onions, browned mushrooms.
Pommes Puree: Fluffy and creamy, rich in one of her favorite ingredients, the perfect base for any stew
