Description: Come join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing. This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress after a long day. Our experienced instructor, Valerie Weyrich, will guide you through restorative yoga poses and bath you in sound from gongs and singing bowls. The vibrations and frequencies of the sounds will help to calm your mind and body, promoting a sense of peace and tranquility.
The event will take place on Wed Jul 05 2023 at 6:00PM MDT (Mountain Daylight Time) at Rembrandt Yard, 1301 Spruce Street, Boulder, CO 80302. We invite you to bring your own yoga mat and any props that you may need to feel comfortable during the practice.
