Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! Another night of Paris with these bistro classics.

Bistro Chopped Salad: Classic bistro salad of greens chock full of bright produce like haricot vert and radish, studded with nicoise olives
Steak au Poivre: Pan seared and butter basted strip steak with a rich green peppercorn, brandy sauce
Pommes Gratin Dauphinois: Sliced potatoes baked in a creamy sauce topped with bubbly gruyere cheese.
Macerated Berries with Crème Chantilly: delicious berries in their own sweet juices with vanilla spiked whipped cream

This menu can be made gluten free by request. Vegetarian or dairy free modifications are not available for this menu.

This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
