There’s no denying it- small plates are truly enjoyed around the world! Join us as we explore different culture’s variations of these- creating a ton of amazing food along the way.
This class meets Tuesdays at 4:00-5:30 pm for 6 weeks
Week 1:
Spaetzle with Bacon and Onions
Week 2:
Steamed Vegetable Dumplings
Week 3:
Welsh Pasties with Gravy
Week 4:
American Chicken/Vegetable Soup and Dumplings
Week 5:
Spinach and Potato Knish
Week 6:
Arancini with Marinara
