Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! A great class to please all, who does not like tapas? A lot of socialization, nibbling and fun takes place in this class.

Patatas Bravas: Delicious fried potatoes served over salsa brava with garlic aioli
Almejas en Salsa Verde: Clams cooked in wine, garlic, and parsley with delicious bread
Gambas al Ajillos: Shrimp, garlic, and pepper flakes
Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillo Peppers: Sweet, savory, tangy. A pepper for all!

This class can be made gluten free or pescatarian upon request. Due to the nature of the recipes, dairy free or vegetarian options are not available.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
