Our 3-hour hands-on classes were created with the curious guest in mind. Join us, cook & sip some wine learn a few tips and tricks in a comfortable and beautiful space. One of the best experiences Boulder (and beyond) has to offer!
Warm Mediterranean breezes + eating the freshest of ingredients by the seaside, Greece and summer are a match made in heaven. Explore some classic dishes perfect for the dog days of summer.
Kolokithokeftedes: Zucchini fritters studded with feta and fresh herbs.
Lamb Meatballs: Ground lamb studded with feta and oregano seared, savory and juicy.
Tzatziki: Cool and creamy, this yogurt-based sauce packed with herbs is perfect with kolokithokeftedes and lamb meatballs.
Whole Roasted Lavraki: Known as branzino or European seabass, this flaky white fish is cooked whole and stuffed with citrus and herbs..
Blistered Tomato Relish: Perfect with fish, pasta, or chicken, the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes intensifies as they are cooked with olive oil, oregano and garlic.
Kritharaki Salad: Kritharaki or orzo salad bright with Greek produce, pistachios and decadent manouri cheese.
Due to the nature of the recipes, substitutions are not available for this class.
This class is designed for adults of all ages! Children 11 and up are welcome to attend but must register with a parent or guardian with both spots paid.
