Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! A lovely menu to take you away to somewhere warm and sunny! We'll eat as we go with this small plates menu, combining fresh and vibrant ingredients with simple indulgences.

Fried Baby Artichokes: A delicious and indulgent bite to start the class off
Arancini: Delicious rice balls, crisped to perfection
Herbed Aioli: Creamy and bright dipping sauce for artichokes and arancini
Lemony Broccolini with Ricotta: Everything's better when you add ricotta, period.
Meatballs: A perfect meatball is an art form, if you ask us! Needed to “round” out this menu.
Fresh Flatbread: Served with olive oil and great to use to get all the sauces up!
