Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab! A lovely menu to take you away to somewhere warm and sunny! We'll eat as we go with this small plates menu, combining fresh and vibrant ingredients with simple indulgences.

Fried Baby Artichokes: a delicious and indulgent bite to start the class off
Arancini: delicious rice balls, crisped to perfection
Broccolini with Ricotta: everything is better when you add ricotta, period.
Meatballs: a perfect meatball is an art form, if you ask us! Perfect to round out this menu.

Fresh Flatbread: served with olive oil

This menu can be made vegetarian upon request. Due to the nature of the recipes, there are not gluten free or dairy free substitutions.
