Join us for a special cooking class at Food Lab! We are very excited for our first wine pairing class! This class is a little bit cooking and a little bit wine education. We will have our awesome neighbors from Dedalus walk and talk you through each course with a wine that makes it shine. And if you love the wine you can pop next door and stock up for the summer!

Wine selection to come shortly, includes a 2-3 oz wine tasting per course!

Upon entry: Small amuse of potato chips and house made caramelized onion sour cream dip

Watermelon Salad: Goat cheese, basil, pepitas, balsamic, olive oil.

Spring Green Pesto Bucatini: Herby green pesto with lemon and pine nuts

Lamb Lollipop with Fruit Chutney

Creme Brulee
