Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA) is happy to be hosting camps in partnership with Tinker Art Studio. Our summer exhibition, Grossly Affectionate, features work by six different artists and will be incorporated into the camper experience and curriculum in a variety of ways.

In this fantastic week of Sewing Camp, we’ll teach both hand sewing and basic machine sewing. Working on machines, campers will learn to design and sew simple patterns—choosing from options such as an eye mask and brush or pen holder. Other projects will include sewing a pillow, an over-the-shoulder sling bag, and even designing and sewing a stuffed animal. After learning the basics of hand and machine sewing, this is a fantastic medium to continue working in long after camp ends!
