Description: Join Alia Sebben for a 90-minute Vision and Goal's Workshop!

In this workshop, Alia will combine Journaling Exercises, Yoga/Guided Meditation and Discussion all to help you identify your dreams and tangible goals in the most important sectors of your life.

You will create a 10 Year vision for yourself and walk away with tangible, clear and powerful goals that you can start working on right away. You will break them down into categories of career, personal and health.

This is the work that Alia has personally done every quarter for the last ten years, helping her to achieve her wildest dreams in her career, personal and health.
