Winter is here and it is time to strengthen our immune systems and stock our medicine chests with our wintertime herbal allies. In this class we will explore herbal and nutritional methods to help ward off cold and infection, as well as ways to speed up the healing process if you get sick. Learn how to make cough syrups, tea blends, decongesting steams and more! Participants will make a cough syrup, herbal tea and herbal honey balls, and go home with recipes to keep you healthy all winter long!
