Start your weekend off with a morning hour of yoga surrounded by plants! Join Cree Lawrence of YogaPod Boulder as she guides you through an uplifting and nourishing flow. Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes early to get the best spot for your practice. Our cafe will be open after class for refreshments while you have the opportunity to browse the shop before regular store hours. All levels are welcome!
