Crystal Joys Gallery has been in business since 1980 and has been on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder since the 1990s. Crystal Joys Gallery is the longest standing rock shop in the metaphysical hub of Boulder, Colorado. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the original owners looking to retire sold it to the company Crystal Joys. The store is now named Crystal Joys Gallery. Crystal Joys was originally founded in 1986 by Joy Renee Dudley as a traveling store that appeared at many metaphysical, renaissance and gemstone fairs throughout the Midwest for over a decade. In 2014, Joy's daughter re-opened the stores in brick and mortar retail locations to continue the legacy of selling beautiful and rare semi-precious stones and minerals that bring "Joy" to people's lives and homes.
