The Boulder Shambhala Center (BSC) is a cultural institution dedicated to creating enlightened society: humanity’s expansive embodiment of bravery, compassion, and profound confidence in basic goodness. It was established by Tibetan Buddhist master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche in 1973. BSC now operates within an international organization of city and retreat centers under the guidance of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Shambhala USA.
Join us for Monday Night Community Gathering: Conversations for Good on Monday evenings from 7-9pm which includes free meditation instruction. We also offer free meditation instruction during our weekly Sunday Open House 10:30am-Noon and Wednesday evenings 5-6pm. See our website for a complete list of programs.
