Steakhouse No. 316 Boulder is a boutique steakhouse with a contemporary menu specializing in prime steaks. Named after it’s popular sister restaurant in Aspen, Steakhouse No. 316 Boulder hosts the finest prime cuts available in the country, ranging from a bone-in filet, Kansas City strip, cowboy ribeye, porterhouse and more. Sides such as loaded twice baked potato, lobster mac n’ cheese, miso glazed shishito peppers, and wild mushroom gnocchi compliment the steaks. Extravagant extras like grilled crab legs, lobster Oscar, and blue cheese crust, bring the steak experience “over the top”. Diners can start their evening with an arrangement of chilled seafood plateau, tuna tartare, branding iron onion rings, and the ever popular Tableside Caesar Salad. An extensive wine list showcases classic varietals while the back bar boasts an extensive spirit list and craft cocktail program.  

The restaurant is set in a beautiful building from the early 1900’s which once housed Conor O’Neill’s Irish Pub. A recent full buildout transformed the old pub into an elegant boutique and timeless venue. The lounge of richly toned reds, velvet seats, and sweeping Carrara marble bar leads the way to the banquette lined dining room with the fireplace centerpiece. Steakhouse No. 316 Boulder is the ultimate elegant venue whether you are looking for an extravagant evening or a casual bite and specialty cocktail at the bar.
