After Work with RE/MAX of Boulder

RE/MAX of Boulder is celebrating its 40th year as a trusted community expert, having earned its place as Boulder Valley’s top real estate agency. With more than 100 Realtors who average 14 years of experience, RE/MAX of Boulder was founded by Tom Kalinski, a long-standing champion of the community, and is also led by his son, Broker/Owner Jay Kalinski and Managing Broker Todd Gullette. “We have a caring commitment to our clients and we stand for community,” says Jay.

We’re wrapping up the work day at our office across from the courthouse, and we decide to take a leisurely walk down the Mall to work up an appetite. In the summer, Bands on the Bricks will be starting and our office is right across from the stage, so we’ll be sure to watch the phenomenal bands and delighted crowds. We love sponsoring this event since it brings together the Boulder community and families for a festive summer of live music. 

After work, our favorite happy hours often include Kitchen Upstairs, which has a beautiful space and ingenious cocktails; Bramble & Hare, with its charming interior and seasonal fare; or the lively atmosphere at Centro Mexican Kitchen. For a casual dinner, we’re off to West End Tavern for an amazing pulled pork sandwich and deliciously smoked meats; and our favorite caterer and neighbor, the divine Italian eatery Sforno.

After dinner, if we decide to do a little shopping, we’ll head over to Peppercorn, for its vast cornucopia of kitchen and home products; unique artisan jewelry at Starfish; or the colossal selection of tea at Ku Cha House of Tea. Before going home, we’ll take in a book reading at Boulder Book Store, see an exhibit at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, visit the Laughing Goat Coffee House for live music, or join a cooking class at Food Lab. 

If the family is meeting us downtown, we’ll hit up Into the Wind for toys that inspire childlike wonder then treat ourselves to sumptuous gelato at Gelato Boy.
