As Easter weekend approaches and spring continues to bloom across downtown Boulder, there are so many festive ways to eat, sip, and celebrate the season. From limited-time treats to interactive events and holiday specials, here’s what’s on our radar this week.
Süti & Co is bringing back their decorated Easter egg cookies just in time for the holiday weekend, available April 2–5 (or until sold out). They’ll also be open on Easter Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with visits from the Easter Bunny happening from 9–11 a.m. It’s the perfect stop to pick up something sweet and festive, especially if you’re bringing little ones along for the celebration.
West End Tavern is fully leaning into the Easter spirit with all-day specials on Sunday, April 5. Expect festive features like hot cross buns, a boneless leg of lamb for the table, and carrot cake stacked with rum cream cheese icing. They’re also mixing up playful seasonal cocktails, including a Peeps martini, and hiding eggs throughout the tavern—so keep your eyes peeled while you’re there.
Looking to switch things up post-Easter? C Bar is hosting a cocktail class for Boulder Arts Week on April 8 from 4–6 p.m. For $90 per ticket, you’ll enjoy a guided experience with their lead bartender, learning how to craft two signature cocktails: The Professional and the C Bar Clover Club. The evening also includes a cava welcome, charcuterie, and truffle fries, making it a fun and interactive way to elevate your cocktail game.
Over at The Rio Grande, there’s a fresh new menu addition worth checking out. Their Shrimp Enchiladas Verde are made with jack cheese, green mole, cilantro rice, seared kale, and pinto beans—bringing bold, vibrant flavors to your plate. Pair it with the new Ruby Red Skinny Margarita, crafted with fresh Texas Red Star grapefruit and Mediterranean sea salt, for a bright and refreshing combo that feels just right for spring.
Want an even HAPPIER hour? Stop by Savory Spice between 4 PM and 6 PM to enjoy 15% off purchases as well as a sample of Chin Dribblin's peanut noodle salad.
Ways to Help
Emergency Family Assistance Fund (EFAA) helps those in our community whose immediate needs for food, shelter and other basic necessities cannot be adequately met by other means, and supports their efforts toward financial stability or self-sufficiency. You can help them with a financial contribution, volunteering, or donating non-perishable food and cleaning supplies.

Harvest of Hope Pantry's sole mission is food assistance. They offer clients a choice shopping experience where individuals select preferred foods within their shopping allowances. You can help them with financial assistance, volunteering or by hosting food drives.
Boulder Food Rescue aims to create a more just and less wasteful food system by facilitating the sustainable redistribution of healthy food that would otherwise be wasted to low-income communities, by bicycle. The best way to help them currently is to donate or volunteer.
Meals on Wheels Boulder provides nutritious meals and a daily well-being check to Boulder residents, regardless of age or income. The number one way to support them during this time is to contribute financially.
