Kate Kripke will speak about and sign her new book, "Reinventing Supermom: Support, Encouragement, and Strategies for New Mothers Who Feel Lost," on Thursday, May 18th at 6:30pm, at Boulder Bookstore. Tickets for this event are $5 (plus a small processing fee) and are available on Eventbrite.

About the Book:
"Reinventing Supermom" is a guide towards maternal mental wellness for every new mom. Many of us become overwhelmed and ungrounded as we navigate the incredible joy, confusion, excitement, heartbreak, uncertainty, wonder, anxiety, isolation, and empowerment that comes with mothering, but this guide will act as a life jacket for you as you make your way. Through a collection of short chapters, Kate brings humor, science, accessibility, and validation to new moms as they embark on the journey of parenting.
