Downtown Boulder Job Walk


Wednesday September 28, 2021  |  10 am - 4 pm

The Fall Downtown Boulder Job Walk is a one day event where downtown Boulder businesses who are actively looking to hire will be available to collect applications and resumes for a variety of open positions. Many businesses will also be holding on-the-spot interviews for qualified candidates. Positions are available in retail, restaurant, service industries for both part-time and full time employment. Please check back often -  we adding more businesses and positions every day!

Job Seekers: 

To participate in the Job Walk, come downtown on September 28, between 10 am and 4 pm (be sure to bring a stack of resumes), ready to meet your potential employer! View participating businesses who will be accepting resumes and/or applications.  Note that many of them will also be holding on-the-spot interviews. Look for the Job Walk "We Are Hiring" sign in the windows of participating businesses or see the list and map below. Meanwhile, be sure to visit our Job Listings Page, where you can find job employment opportunities in downtown Boulder year-round!

In addition to individual businesses, the Downtown Visitor Information Center  (13th and Pearl) will be a hub of employment information!  Downtown Boulder Partnership staff will be on hand to answer questions about the Job Walk, as well as to share information about the benefits of working downtown, i.e. EcoPass program (available to all full-time employees of downtown businesses), parking options, other downtown employee benefits and more. Workforce Boulder County will also be on site to answer questions about employment and how it might affect unemployment benefits and more!

FREE PARKING IN CITY GARAGES during the Job Walk: If you come downtown to participate in the Job Walk, you can park for free at any of the CITY OWNED parking garages from 9 am - 5 pm. Participating businesses will have QR code to use when exiting garages that will make your parking free! When entering the garages, take a ticket and when exiting, insert ticket and follow with the QR code validation to get your parking for free. Look for the green "P" signs for city-owned garages.

Please note: The surface lot at 13th and Walnut (Wells Fargo), the garage at 15th and Spruce and the garage at 1800 Broadway are NOT INCLUDED in the free parking offer.
