We are fulfilling orders on a daily basis (Monday - Friday). Please note that online orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. If you choose "Downtown Pickup", please wait for an email confirmation that your card is ready. Cards can be picked up at the Visitor Information Center (VIC). Summer hours for the VIC are Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm & Friday - Saturday, 10 am - 8 pm, weather permitting. If you need the card by a certain time, please call our office (303-449-3774) to ensure your request can be met.
Gift card orders are mailed using the US Postal Service. The Downtown Boulder Partnership lists delivery estimates published by the USPS. We can not guarantee a delivery date. USPS delivery has taken up to 4+ weeks for first class mail delivery within the continental United States.
