Holiday Hours: Our office will be closed Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25. Online orders will be processed through 4 pm MST on Monday, December 23. All orders placed after 4 pm MST on Monday, December 23 on will be processed by Friday, December 27, 2024.
If you would like to purchase a card in person, the Visitor Information Center (1303 Pearl St.) will be open Monday, December 23 from 12 pm - 4 pm; Tuesday, December 24 from 12 pm - 4 pm and CLOSED on Christmas Day (Wednesday, December 25). The Visitor Center will reopen on Thursday, December 26 from 12 pm - 4 pm.
If you choose "Downtown Pickup", processing online orders typically takes 24 hours. Pick up orders are listed under the purchaser's name. Cards can be picked up at the Visitor Information Center (VIC) with a valid form of ID. If you need the card by a certain time, please call our office (303-449-3774) to ensure your request can be met.
Gift card orders are mailed using the US Postal Service. The Downtown Boulder Partnership lists delivery estimates published by the USPS. We can not guarantee a delivery date. USPS delivery has taken up to 4 weeks for first class mail delivery within the continental United States. Please visit the USPS website for Holiday Shipping information.
