We are fulfilling online orders in our office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week. Please note that online orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
If you choose "Downtown Pickup" processing online orders typically takes at least 24 hours, and we will contact you by email when your order is ready. Pick up orders are listed under the purchaser's name. Cards can be picked up:
- At the Downtown Boulder office (1942 Broadway, Suite 301), Mondays - Thursdays between 10 am and 3 pm; or
- At the Visitor Information Center (1303 Pearl Street), Friday - Sunday, 12 pm - 4 pm, weather permitting.
Please indicate your preferred pick-up location on the form below. If you need the card by a certain time, please email us ensure your request can be met.
Gift card orders are mailed using the US Postal Service. The Downtown Boulder Partnership lists delivery estimates published by the USPS. We can not guarantee a delivery date. USPS delivery has taken up to 4 weeks for first class mail delivery within the continental United States.
