Holiday Hours: The DBP office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 28 and 29, 2024. Online orders will be processed through 1 pm MST on Wednesday, November 27. All orders placed after that time will be processed on Monday, December 2, 2024.

If you would like to purchase a card in person, the Visitor Information Center will be closed on Thursday, November 28, 2024 but open Friday, November 29 and Saturday, November 30 from 11 am – 4 pm on and on Sunday, December 1 from 12 pm - 4 pm.

If you choose "Downtown Pickup", please wait for an email confirmation that your card is ready. Processing online orders typically takes at least 24 hours. Pick up orders are listed under the purchaser's name. Cards can be picked up at the Visitor Information Center (VIC). Please make sure you bring a form of identification. If you need the card by a certain time, please call our office (303-449-3774) to ensure your request can be met.

Gift card orders are mailed using the US Postal Service. The Downtown Boulder Partnership lists delivery estimates published by the USPS. We can not guarantee a delivery date. USPS delivery has taken up to 4 weeks for first class mail delivery within the continental United States. Please visit the USPS website for Holiday Shipping information.

This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which a Gift Card (“Card”) has been issued to you by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. By accepting and using this Card, activating the Card, or; authorizing any person to use the Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference. This Agreement applies to both the purchaser and any other user of the Card. It is the purchasers obligation to provide these terms and conditions to any user; however, new terms and conditions may be provided, or any other questions or concerns answered, by contacting Customer Service. Unless prohibited by law, if a replacement Card is issued for a lost, stolen or damaged card, a $5.00 Replacement Card Fee will be charged. Not redeemable for cash or credit except as stated in the Card Agreement. Purchase, acceptance or use of Card constitutes acceptance of Card Agreement.
