Holiday Hours: Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23 and 24, 2023. Online orders will be processed through 1 pm MST on Wednesday, November 23. All orders placed after that time will be processed on Monday, November 27, 2023.
If you would like to purchase a card in person, the Visitor Information Center will be closed on Thursday, November 23, 2023 but open Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25 from 11 am – 4 pm and on Sunday, November 26 from 12 pm - 4 pm.
If you choose "Downtown Pickup", please wait for an email confirmation that your card is ready. Processing online orders typically takes at least 24 hours. Pick up orders are listed under the purchaser's name. Cards can be picked up at the Visitor Information Center (VIC). Please make sure you bring a form of identification. If you need the card by a certain time, please call our office (303-449-3774) to ensure your request can be met.
Gift card orders are mailed using the US Postal Service. The Downtown Boulder Partnership lists delivery estimates published by the USPS. We can not guarantee a delivery date. USPS delivery has taken up to 4 weeks for first class mail delivery within the continental United States. Please visit the USPS website for Holiday Shipping information.
