Holiday Hours: Our office will be closed from 12 pm on Friday, December 23 and all-day on Saturday, December 24; Sunday, December 25; and Monday, December 26. Online orders will be processed through 11 am MST on Friday, December 23. All orders placed after 11 am MST on Friday, December 23 will be processed on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. 

If you would like to purchase a card in person, the Visitor Information Center (1303 Pearl St.) will be open Friday, December 23 from 12 pm - 4 pm; Saturday, December 24 from 12 pm - 2 pm. CLOSED on Christmas Day (Sunday, December 25). The Visitor Center will reopen on Monday, December 26 from 12 pm - 4 pm.
 

If you choose "Downtown Pickup", processing online orders typically takes 24 hours. Pick up orders are listed under the purchaser's name. Cards can be picked up at the Visitor Information Center (VIC). If you need the card by a certain time, please call our office (303-449-3774) to ensure your request can be met.

Gift card orders are mailed using the US Postal Service. The Downtown Boulder Partnership lists delivery estimates published by the USPS. We can not guarantee a delivery date. USPS delivery has taken up to 4 weeks for first class mail delivery within the continental United States. Please visit the USPS website for Holiday Shipping information.

This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which a Gift Card (“Card”) has been issued to you by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. By accepting and using this Card, activating the Card, or; authorizing any person to use the Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference. This Agreement applies to both the purchaser and any other user of the Card. It is the purchasers obligation to provide these terms and conditions to any user; however, new terms and conditions may be provided, or any other questions or concerns answered, by contacting Customer Service. Unless prohibited by law, if a replacement Card is issued for a lost, stolen or damaged card, a $5.00 Replacement Card Fee will be charged. Not redeemable for cash or credit except as stated in the Card Agreement. Purchase, acceptance or use of Card constitutes acceptance of Card Agreement.
