Mara Abbott is a professional cyclist, Olympian (Rio 2016) and Boulder resident. You'll find her cruising the streets of Boulder on her bike or behind the Cure Organic Farm booth at the Boulder County Farmers Market on Wednesdays & Saturdays!

I love to ride early in the morning and race through downtown when the streets are still empty and quiet. On days that I feel like I've really earned some soul food I like to pause at Spruce Confections for a coffee, Piece, Love & Chocolate for a treat, or Wonder for an amazing cold pressed juice, all located on the West End.

The best event of the week is definitely the Wednesday night Boulder County Farmers Market. It's more relaxed than Saturday morning and there is a wonderful food court, a beer garden and live music every week.
