Can cards be used for online/phone purchases?
Yes! Cards purchased after October 30, 2020 that contain a CVV number on the back of the card can be used for online purchases at our participating merchants.
Why was my card ‘rejected’ at a participating merchant?
Most likely, your purchase exceeded the amount available on the gift card. This can be remedied by asking the merchant to ring in the exact amount on the gift card, then pay the balance with another form of payment. To check your gift card balance and see transaction history, call the number on the back of the card or visit GetMyBalance.com.
How do I find out the balance on my gift card?
Call the number on the back of the card or visit GetMyBalance.com and be ready with the 16 digit number and the 6 digit "SC" code on the back of your card to retrieve your current balance.
